Welcome to Faith Baptist Church, Portage

Faith Baptist Church is a local independent Baptist church whose goal is to take the authoritative truth of Scripture to the Portage area. Just as Portage claims to be Where the North Begins, Faith Baptist Church is a place where Bible study begins. We invite you to join us as we search the infallible, inerrant revelation of God to be taught, reproved, corrected, and instructed in righteousness. No other foundation can be laid than what God established in Christ Jesus. Jesus proclaimed that the person who abides in his word is his disciples, they would know the truth, and the truth would make them free. When the Son sets a person free, they are most certainly free (John 8:32-36).
